“Bray”

BrayBefore I stumbled onto the road that led me to become a Fine Art Painter, I was a Musician, playing piano and guitar.

Bray, the man in the pic on the left, was one of the guys I used to jam with. Back then he was mainly a Bass player, but has since expanded to play several other instruments.

The other night we ate dinner just to catch up.  He said it had been two years since the last time we kicked it, and I couldn’t believe it.

It also didn’t seem like that long ago when he helped me put together some demos back in the mid-1990s. To this day, that was one of the best times I ever had.

Bray is a talented Musician who now tours internationally and releases critically acclaimed albums. Check out his music–click on his pic.

If 2-dimensional Art didn’t call me, I would have been a serious Musician, travelling in a van as he sometimes does, going from gig to gig.

I like to look at Bray as the manifestation of the road I didn’t take, and the man is really burning that road up. On stage, his strongest domain, he is like a new version of David Bowie meets Morris Day….
