Robert Deyber’s work is very prominently displayed throughout the Martin Lawrence Galleries (MLG) in San Francisco, CA. I always take a look when I’m going to my own show at Union Square, and MLG is right there on 366 Geary Street.

I find Robert’s  work to be very thought provoking. He has  a sense of humor and doesn’t seem to take himself too seriously.

Do you remember The Far Side? Robert doesn’t go to those comedic lengths in his work, but his paintings make me think of the popular one-panel comic strip.
